This dedicated teacher Fadkar died on the evening of Wednesday, July 28, 1991 at the age of 58 in Imam Hassan Mojtabi (AS) hospital in Fuman city after years of suffering from burns.

The body of this selfless teacher was laid to rest in his hometown, Bijarsar village, Shaft city, west of the capital of Gilan province, and parts of Hassan Omidzadeh''s living sacrifice were printed in the book of the third year of elementary school.

Hasan Omidzadeh''s vivid statements about how the accident happened

On February 18, 1976 at 11:00 in the morning, due to strong wind and stormy weather, the heater of the second class caught fire and led to a fire in the class.

I took the children out of the classroom one by one with another teacher, during which the fire had engulfed the entire classroom. When I tried to get out, the door was closed and I got stuck inside the classroom because there was no handle inside the classroom.
